Jodie BradbrookJodie Bradbrook, Principal

Jodie has been a practising solicitor for more than 15 years. While her current focus is on Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety her broad background in insurance law and commercial litigation enables her to link together all aspects of business risk.

Jodie has a reputation for providing pragmatic and cost effective legal advice which is geared towards achieving excellent business outcomes. She is admitted to practice in South Australia, Victoria, Western Australia and the High Court of Australia and worked as a senior lawyer in large law firms and as in-house counsel for Telstra before commencing Bradbrook Lawyers in 2011.

Jodie has significant experience acting as both a solicitor and counsel across multiple legal jurisdictions and has an extensive background in delivering training and seminars to clients. Jodie’s broad experience places her in the enviable position of being able to provide advice about smarter ways to achieve excellent business outcomes.

Jodie is a member of the Law Society of South Australia, the Industrial Relations Society of South Australia, the Australian Labour and Employment Relations Association and is an associate member of SISA and Nursery & Garden Industry of SA.

Antony BarbaroAnthony Barbaro, Special Counsel

Anthony has been practising law since 2007. He has a broad general background focussing in personal injury law and experience in managing litigious matters in the Magistrates Court and District Court. Predominately, Anthony has practised as a solicitor providing advice to ReturntoWorkSA regarding the management of the State’s statutory workers’ compensation scheme. He has significant experience interpreting statutory legislation and advising about scheme critical matters. Anthony is an experienced advocate in the now South Australian Employment Tribunal. His exposure to this area of law has influenced a strong interest in employment and industrial law. 

Anthony joined Bradbrook Lawyers in January 2017 and brings to the firm his vast knowledge and experience in workers’ compensation claims and general advocacy. He has a reputation for providing calm, considered and strategically focussed advice.

Anthony is a member of the Law Society of South Australia, the Industrial Relations Society of South Australia, the Australian Labour and Employment Relations Association and is an associate member of SISA.
